How to Place an Order

1. Open Red Note.
2. In the search bar, type “KBDcraft” and look for the account.
3. Tap the profile and browse the pinned full builds & kits note.
4. Hit on the item you love, or DM us with your preferred layout / switch-plate combo.
5. Complete checkout through the in-app cart—AliPay, WeChat Pay, or bank card are all accepted.
6. Track your parcel right inside the app; most orders ship within 48 hours and arrive in 2-5 days nationwide.*

*Remote areas may take longer. International delivery from Red Note is not currently supported; please order on our global store instead.
