- Hit on the item you love, or DM us with your preferred layout / switch-plate combo.
- Complete checkout through the in-app cart—AliPay, WeChat Pay, or bank card are all accepted.
- Track your parcel right inside the app; most orders ship within 48 hours and arrive in 2-5 days nationwide.*
*Remote areas may take longer. International delivery from Red Note is not currently supported; please order on our global store instead.
