Shipment Processing Time
In-stock items are processed within 48 hours. Orders are not handled on weekends and public holidays according to the local holiday policies of our warehouse.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You should receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact your local postal services/shipment carrier if your tracking number has not been updated.

However, once the item has been picked up by the shipping companies, we are not liable for any loss or damage. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
